when booking opens, this is how it works

you choose the sitter
requests go to one sitter at a time. never broadcast, never picked for you. if they say no, you choose who is next.

every visit is evidenced
a photograph and a time for each task on your checklist, so you watch it happen rather than hear about it later.

the money waits
your card is held when you ask and taken when a sitter accepts. it reaches them after the last visit. a missed visit is refunded.
a sitter is not paid for a visit they cannot evidence. a cat who hides, or refuses medication, is still a visit done: nobody is given a reason to fake a photograph.
